Return, Delivery & Privacy Policy

RETURN POLICY

1. ONE-to-ONE Exchange of Products within 14 Days is applicable for online and offline transactions. Only products with a manufacturer's defect are entitled to a ONE-to-ONE exchange (waiting time for ONE-to-ONE Exchange based on availability of stock) if:
     i. The product has an actual 'Manufacturer's Defect'
    ii. The packaging and all its original content (including any software and manuals) is complete and in good condition
    iii. The product is accompanied with original receipt/invoice
    iv. Customer needs to email us within 14 days of the date of Invoice
2. Please note that certain products such as:
     i. Software not available for a One-to-One exchange and must be sent to the manufacturer's service center for any warranty service.
     ii. Hard drive available for a One-to-One exchange for 7 days ONLY
3. Working products found incompatible with customer's PC or Notebook will not be entitled for any exchange. For exchange or warranty purposes, customer needs to email us at salesgroup@mspsys.com and include the following details in the email – Order No, Invoice No, Contact No, Product to exchange, Faulty Reason.
4. Customers will have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the exchange process or customer may visit our office.
5. Kindly email us (salesgroup@mspsys.com) first before shipping anything back to us or you can contact us at 03 6205 3800, so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.
6. The ONE-to-ONE Exchange of Products period will be according to the Invoice issued date.


DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY DHL (Hardware ONLY, Software will sent through email)
We wil delivery your order by using DHL. You will find the delivery costs at the order checkout when you purchase online or on the Order Confirmation Email send by sales manager from MSP Systems. The Product(s) will be delivered to the delivery address you specify in your order.

*Note: working days is according to Kuala Lumpur calendar, excluding the date of payment and local public holiday. 

1. Please make sure to track your order once we have notify your order on the delivery process.

• Shipment process
If you have not received the Product(s) within the estimated delivery time, you should contact us via our website or by email or by telephoning (details are available here: Contact Us). Orders can be delivered only in Malaysia. We don`t support cross border delivery.

If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not accept delivery or collect the Product from the Courier Service provider within two weeks of MSP Systems first attempt to deliver the Product to you, then MSP Systems may:
      i. We may NOT responsible to pay for re-delivery your order. Customer need to pay MSP Systems for second attempt deliver cost

2. EMAIL TRACKING NUMBER
We will send your tracking number by Email, so you can stay updated on your order delivery. 

3. CHANGE ORDER
Once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, you may no longer change the delivery address. If the order is with the courier service provider you can contact them directly and they will amend your delivery address where possible.

If you have not received your tracking number through Email, please contact sales manager as soon as possible.

**When you use our services, you’re trusting us with your information. We understand this is a big responsibility and work hard to protect your information. We are security provider, so we can promise all your information will fully protected. We will only share minimum collected information with our back-end support & logistics team to render our deployment and fully managed services.
